Syllabus
The trial court's decision to grant a three-year Civil Stalking Protection Order (\CSPO\) against appellant was not against the manifest weight of the evidence where there was credible evidence demonstrating each element of appellee's menacing by stalking claim. However, the trial court erred when it issued a CSPO that included impermissibly broad terms, which, in effect, prohibits appellant from posting anything regarding appellee or her family during the pendency of the CSPO.
