<p>¡Shipping (§ 193*) — General Average.</p> <p>Spontaneous combustion of cargo of garbage tankage duo to the inherent vice or quality thereof. It having been decided iiy the House of Lords of Great Britain that the owner of cargo of that description is entitled to contribution from the shipowner in such a case, in tho absence of a conirary decision in this country, held that an exception to an answer alleging such a cause of loss should be sustained.</p> <p>[Ed.
