<p>Sea-men 0=»20—-Liability of Vessel fob Injury to Servant—Unsafe Place to Work.</p> <p>TAbelant, who was employed by an agent of a ship in cleaning her after unloading, and was working under a foreman provided by the vessel, by direction of such foreman went upon a hatch cover which was partially open, and by reason of its slippery condition, owing to the use of a hose, he fell through the hatchway and was injured, without negligence on Ms part, lleté, that the injury was due to the unsafe place where he was required to work, and that the vessel \\vas liable therefor.</p> <p>113d.
