Belleperche is assessed all costs of this disciplinary proceeding. Thomas W. Belleperche is taxed with costs. Votes: Kitchens and King, P.JJ., Coleman, Maxwell, Beam, Chamberlin, Ishee and Griffis, JJ., Concur.
