<p>Admiralty (§ 20*) — Jurisdiction—Maritime Tort — “Land.”</p> <p>A pontoon lloatiug upon the water of a navigable stream, between high and low water mark, rising and falling with the tide and used as a landing in connection with a ferry, although fastened to the shore by a cable is not land, and an action for an injury to a person thereon by a moving vessel is for a maritime tort and within the admiralty jurisdiction.</p> <p>[ ltd.
