<p>Collision (§ 64*) — Evidence—Negligence.</p> <p>Collision near the West Bank Light, New York Bay, between the steamship Hortensius and a scow in tow on a hawser of the tug Palmer. Held that the sc-ow was properly lighted and the collision was the result of fault on the part of the Hortensius in not having a proper lookout and on the part of the tug in not keeping her tow on the starboard side of the channel.</p> <p>[Ed.
