<p>Collision (§ 105*) — Steam and Sailing Vessels Meeting — Mutual Faults.</p> <p>A collision in the early morning in Chesapeake Bay between the steamer Gloucester passing np and the schooner Maxwell passing down, in which the latter was sunk, held, on conflicting evidence, to have been due to the fault of both vessels; the schooner being in fault for changing her course to port after she should have seen the lights of the steamer ahead, and the steamer because she did not check her speed of 13 or 14 knots after she saw the danger.</p> <p>[Ed.
