<p>Street railway — Passenger on platform — -Contributory negligence.</p> <p>The platform of an electric car is a place of known danger, and if, while there, a passenger, who could have found a seat within, is injured, he is guilty of contributory negligence provided his presence on the platform contributed to the injury which he received.</p>
