Syllabus

<p>Indictment — accused as witness before grand jury.</p> <p>It is not sufficient ground to quash an indictment that the indicted person was subpoenaed to appear and did appear and testify before the grand jury as to matters material to the offense charged in the indictment, when it appears that he was informed of his right to refuse to answer any question the answer to which in his opinion might tend to incriminate him.</p>
