<p>SYLLABUS.</p> <p>Lands embraced in a perfect Spanish-Mexican land grant, are subject to taxation in this Territory, notwithstanding the facts, that the grant has been submitted for confirmation by the Court of Private Land Claims and patent has not been issued.</p>
