The Court of Claims properly dismissed appellant's complaint alleging a denial of access to public records because the records in question were exempt under R.C. 149.43(A)(1)(b) as records pertaining to probation or community-control sanctions. Moreover, contrary to appellant's assertion, the record does not establish the appellee waived the exemption by releasing the records to the public.
