Attachment bond.</p> <p>A defendant who owned none of the property attached as his, cannot, after defeating a recovery on the indebtedness issue, maintain an action on the attachment bond for the expenses incurred in defending the suit on the attachment issue. Buchly v. VanDiver, 70 Miss., 633, distinguished.</p>
