<p>1. Master and Servant — Injury to Brakeman — Assumption op Risk.</p> <p>Adjusting or taking up slack is a common ■and necessary incident to the stopping of .all trains, and one the risk of which the brakeman assumes when he undertakes to uncouple cars before the train is at rest.</p> <p>[Ed. Same.</p> <p>When there is a safe and an unsafe way ■of executing an order, the employe, who knows, •or ought to know, the difference, and yet adopts the unsafe way, assumes the risk.</p> <p>[Ed.
