<p>Marriage. Sufficiency of evidence.</p> <p>In a case involving the validity of a second marriage, testimony of complainant and her son, that in 1878 her former husband was taken sick and carried to the county poorhouse at which time she left him; that she was afterwards informed that he had died; that she .took the household effects; that she had never heard of him since and had never doubted his death; that she again married in the year 1883; was sufficient, in the absence of any proof to the contrary to establish the validity of the second marriage.</p>
