Syllabus

<p>Appeal — Review—Findings. Findings supported by tbe evidence, although conflicting, will not be disturbed on appeal where the trial judge had the advantage of seeing and hearing the witnesses and also of a view of the premises.</p> <p>Contracts — Performance or Breach — Building Contracts — Acceptance of Performance. The mere occupancy by tenants of some of the rooms before completion of a building is insufficient to show an acceptance of the building under a contract calling for formal acceptance by the architect.</p>
