Syllabus

<p>Syllabus.</p> <p>A lessee whose duty it is, under the law or under his lease, to make all repairs, cannot hold the lessor liable for losses resulting from want of repairs.</p> <p>If the lessee is without right of action, so are the members of his family. His mother-in-law living with him held to be a member of his family.</p>
