Syllabus

The trial court did not abuse its discretion by granting appellee's Civ.R. 60(B) motion in which appellee alleged meritorious defenses in its motion and accompanying affidavit. Appellee was not required to submit any evidence at the hearing on its Civ.R. 60(B) motion. Any alleged error the trial court committed by admitting an exhibit into evidence at the hearing over appellant's hearsay objection was harmless. Judgment affirmed.
