Syllabus

<p>Syllabus.</p> <p>The application of Article 739 of the Code of Practice is to be confined to the issuance of writs of injunction without bond. Under other articles of said Code, injunctions may issue, on bond, restraining the execution of writs of seizure and sale, for causes other than those enumerated in said Article 739.</p>
