<p>Warrant—Purchaser Without Notice.—When a Writ of Mandate commands a county officer to issue a warrant to a person named in it “or his attorney,” and thereupon the warrant is issued to the attorney of that person, if the attorney afterward sells the warrant to one who takes for value and in good faith, the purchaser has a good title.</p>
