<p>Error to Pike.</p> <p>T. Indictment — passing counterfeit note. Ia an indictment for passing a counterfeit bank note, it is sufficient allegation of the offence, to state that the prisoner did “ feloniously pass a certain counterfeited bank note, the-tenor of which counterfeited bank note is as follows, to wit: (giving a copy of the note) with intent to defraud” the person to whom the bill was passed.</p> <p>2. Same — sufficient if to be understood. It is sufficient in an indictment to set forth the offence so that it cannot be misunderstood by the jury.</p>
