Syllabus
<p>Syllabus.</p> <p>1. Where a minor marries, without the consent of his parents and is disinherited therefor, and the other heirs prove the facts on which the disinherison is founded, such disinherison must be sustained by the courts.</p> <p>2. A son, who, after the death of his father, claims that a large sum, which had come into his hands from the proceeds of a mortgage imposed by h'is father upon the property belonging to the pre-existing community between him (the father) and his deceased wife, was paid to him, as back wages, for services rendered during a series of years, and whilst he was living at the parental home, free of charge, and was clothed and furnished with pocket money by his father, must make a clear case, or he is not entitled to withhold the amount, so received by him, frorp collation, in a settlement with his co-heirs.</p>
