Syllabus
<p>Syllabus.</p> <p>In case a single piece of real estate is the only asset of a succession, and it is burthened with a vendor’s lien and mortgage, the administratrix will be entitled to charge the fees of her attorney and pay same from the proceeds of sale, in case no executory proceedings have been commenced in the foreclosure of the mortgage of the vendor.</p>
