Syllabus
<p>Syllabus.</p> <p>1. A married woman who makes a nuncupative will by public act which recites that certain property, acquired during the marriage, in the name of the husband, is his separate property, is not thereby estopped to assert the con trary.</p> <p>2. Property purchased by the husband during the existence of the community Is presumed to have been acquired for the community, and will be held to belong to the community, unless the husband, at the time of the purchase, clearly manifested the intention to acquire for his own account, with his separate funds.</p>
