<p>DONATION CAUSA MORTIS — CONCUBINAGE— EVIDENCE.</p> <p>1. A donation mortis causa in favor of one with whom the testator has lived in open concubinage must, at the instance of the heirs at law, be reduced to one-tenth part of the value of the estate, payable from the movables.</p> <p>2. Where parties are living in concubinage, their acknowledgment of the fact, when voluntary and unnecessary, is sufficient to establish its openness.</p> <p>(Syllabus by the Court.)</p>
