<p>Executors—Removal.</p> <p>After the final account of a succession has been filed and homologated, and nothing remains to be settled except such matters as may be more properly settled among the heirs in a partition proceeding, and it is evidently to tlie interest of all parties concerned that the executor should not be removed, and there is presented no peremptory ground for removal, the executor will not be removed.</p> <p>(Syllabus by the Court.)</p>
