<p>1. Executors and Administrators (§ 109*)— Assets — Disposition.</p> <p>The executrix may keep for current expenses $25 of the estate of her deceased husband on hand at his death.</p> <p>[Ed. Executors and Administrators (§ 475*)— Accounting — Charges.</p> <p>The failure of the executrix to deposit in bank funds of the estate of her deceased husband, under a claim that the same belonged to her .by manual gilt from her husband, does not justify the imposition of penalties of destitution and damages where she acted on the advice of her .counsel and deposited the funds in a bank on being advised by other counsel that the funds did not belong to her.</p> <p>[Ed. Executors and Administrators (§ 475*)— Acco unting — Charges.</p> <p>The act of the executrix in keeping open a grocery with a stock of about $100, which her deceased husband had been conducting, and in selling the stock without order of the court, does_ not justify the imposition of penalties of destitution and damages, especially where the act was done with the express consent of the •heirs.</p> <p>[Ed.
