<p>Trial — Charge—Comment upon evidence — Father testifying against veracity of daughter.</p> <p>• A trial judge cannot be convicted of error in calling attention in a proper way to the unusual spectacle of a father testifying against the truth and veracity of his daughter, where the comments are made without misleading or controlling the jury.</p>
