<p>Decree for- Interest—Damages for detention.—In an action of debt on a decree for an amount of interest thereby found due the plaintiff from the defendant;</p> <p>Held:</p> <p>Interest on the amount of the decree may be recovered in the shape of damages for its detention, though the decree makes no provision for the payment of interest thereon.</p>
