Syllabus

<p>Mere discomfort and annoyance, without substantial injury to property or business, suffered by one manufacturer from the noise and vibrations necessarily caused by the machinery of another, in conducting a lawful business in a neighborhood devoted exclusively to manufacturing purposes, are not sufficient to justify the issuing of an injunction.</p>
