<p>Bill of exceptions — Perfected according to act of October 22, 1902 — Becomes an original paper under section 6716, Revised Statutes — Sections 5S01, 5801a and 5802, Revised Statutes — Court procedure.</p> <p>A bill of exceptions, perfected in accordance with the terms of the act of October 22, 1902, amending sections 5301, 5301a, and 5302 of the Revised Statutes (96 O. L., 17), thereby becomes an original paper within the meaning of section 6716, and a journal entry ordering such bill to he made a part of the record is not necessary in order to entitle it to be considered by a reviewing court.</p>
