<p>SUPREME COURT — JURISDICTION—VACATION OJT' JUDGMENT.</p> <p>, This court is without jurisdiction in an action to annul a judgment which was affirmed by the proper Court of Appeal in the exercise of its conceded appellate jurisdiction.</p> <p>In such a case jurisdiction cannot be vested in this court by ingrafting on the action in nullity demands for damages, or other collateral and contingent claims dependent on the annul,ment of the judgment.</p> <p>(Syllabus by the Court.)</p>
