Syllabus

<p>LA father is hound to support and protect; his children during minority, and is consequently entitled to their services and the products of their labor, so long as they remain members of his iamily.</p> <p>2. The agreement of a father, in consideration of natural love and affection merely, to permit a minor son, who continues under the paternal roof as a member of the family, to cultivate a crop and receive its proceeds, is revocable by him at any time, before the crop is gathered dnd disposed of by the son.</p>
