<p>In Kansas, if the description in a deed of land sold for non-payment of taxes departs from the description contained in the assessment roll and the prior tax proceedings, such prior description, if imperfect and insufficient, avoids the deed, although the description in the latter may he sufflcieiit and complete.</p>
