<p>Will — Heirs—Issue—Estate tail — Rule in Shelley's case — Devise.</p> <p>Testatrix devised an interest in real estate in equal parts to her three sisters, E., A. and C. “ and to their heirs.” She further directed that if C. “ should die without issue her share shall be divided amongst the surviving legatees named.” Held, that C. took an estate tail converted into a fee by the Act of April 27, 1855, P. L. S68.</p>
