<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>Nuisance — Cancer Hospital — Location — Injunction — Parties. The establishment of a cancer hospital in a residence neighborhood, in near proximity to dwellings, may be enjoined at the instance of one owning and occupying adjacent property.</p>
