<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>Personal Injuries — Verdict Directed — New Trial. The plaintiff’s testimony as to how the injury occurred was susceptible of two different constructions. The trial court, after directing a verdict for the defendant, granted a new trial. Held, not error.</p>
