Syllabus

<p>Building and loan associations — Interest—Usury—Conflict of laws— Foreign corporations.</p> <p>The receiver of an insolvent foreign building and loan association, is not entitled to collect usurious interest in winding up the affairs of the association in this state, in the absence of affirmative proof that the law of the foreign domicile of the corporation is different in respect to usury from that of Pennsylvania.</p>
