<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>Practice, Supreme Court — Amendment of Petition. A ruling of the trial court refusing to grant leave to the plaintiff to amend his petition before an answer has been filed cannot be held to be material error in the absence of any showing as to the character or purpose of the amendment desired.</p>
