Syllabus

<p>CABRIEES — NEGLIGENCE—PERSONAL INJURIES— EVIDENCE — SUFFICIENCY.</p> <p>1. Negligence which occasions fright and causr es serious personal injury is actionable.</p> <p>2. The injury was traced to the accident as found by the jury and judge of the district court after haying heard the witnesses.</p> <p>3. It does not appear on appeal that they have erred in this respect. A review of the facts bearing more particularly on the quantum of damages has not resulted in convincing the court that a large amount of damages should be allowed.</p> <p>(Syllabus by the Court.)</p>
