Syllabus

<p>Where freight shipped from a point in this State to another point in this State, is necessarily carried, in part, over railroads lying wholly or partly in an adjoining State, it is inter-State commerce, and therefore the freight charges in such case are beyond the jurisdiction of the Railroad Commission of South Carolina.</p>
