Syllabus

<p>1. An appeal lies to this court from a judgment of the Circuit Court confirming a taxation of costs in an action at law.</p> <p>2. Where an action for injury to personal property, in which the damages claimed exceed §100, is brought in the Circuit Court, a judgment in favor of plaintiff for any amount will carry costs.</p>
