State v. Yafanaro

Citations

  • 2026 Ohio 1766

Syllabus

Plain error; restitution order; manifest weight of the evidence. The appellant did not object to the restitution order thereby waiving all but a plain error review by the court. However, the appellant did not argue plain error on appeal. Thus, the court need not consider the issue. The appellant's convictions were not against the manifest weight of the evidence.
