Syllabus

The trial court did not abuse its discretion in denying the appellant's application to seal his criminal record pursuant to R.C. 2953.32. The trial court engaged in a sound reasoning process when it determined that the appellant's interests in having his record sealed were outweighed by a legitimate governmental need to maintain the record. Judgment affirmed.
