<p>Year referred to in act of March 22, 1906 — To ñx salaries of county officers — Is calendar year beginning January 1 — Question of time of 'payment into treasury — Of county treasurer’s fees.</p> <p>The year referred to in the act passed March 22, 1906, to fix the salaries of certain county officers (98 O. L., 89), is the calendar year beginning January first, and the end of each quarter, referred to in Section 6 of that act, requiring the payment into the county treasury- of all fees, etc., collected during said quarter, means the end of each quarter of three months, after January first of each year.</p>
