SEXUAL IMPOSITION — CORROBORATION: The sexual-imposition complaint did not fail to allege an essential element of the offense, and trial counsel was not ineffective for failing to challenge the validity of the complaint, where corroboration is a matter for determination by the trial court and not an element of the offense of sexual imposition.
