The trial court did not deprive defendant-appellant of a fair trial with its rulings concerning intoxication and the defense of not guilty by reason of insanity. Defendant-appellant did not show that the trial court unconstitutionally interpreted and applied R.C. 2901.21. The trial court did not err in denying defendant-appellant's request for a lesser included offense instruction. The trial court did not err in not crediting defendant-appellant for certain time served in custody while he was imprisoned pursuant to another conviction.
