Appellant cannot prevail on claim for ineffective assistance of counsel based on counsel's failure to present evidence at hearing on motion to withdraw guilty plea because there are no facts in record from which it can be concluded that there was reasonable probability of different outcome. Postconviction relief procedures would need to be employed to add such facts to the record.
