Syllabus
Anders appeal. No non-frivolous issues exist for review. The trial court adequately complied with Crim.R. 11 during the appellant's plea hearing. On a silent record, it is presumed that the trial court considered R.C. 2929.11 and R.C. 2929.12 at sentencing. The record supports the appellant's ten-month prison sentence, and the trial court was not obligated to follow the State's recommendation of community control. In addition, Appellant has completed his sentence, rendering moot issues regarding sentencing. Judgment affirmed.
