Syllabus
Plain error; Crim.R. 52(B). Judgment affirmed. We decline to address plaintiff-appellant State of Ohio's two assignments of error — claiming that the trial court (1) abused its discretion by granting a mistrial as a discovery sanction without considering less severe remedies, and (2) erred by imposing a double sanction without any evidence or findings establishing a constitutional or statutory bar to reprosecution — since no objections were raised at the trial-court level and the State failed to make plain-error arguments on appeal.
