The trial court did not err when it sentenced the appellant to serve consecutive sentences because the trial court complied with R.C. 2929.14. The trial court properly informed the appellant that he was a probation violator. The trial court properly sentenced the appellant to community control sanctions beyond the 180-day requirement of R.C. 2929.51(B)(1)(c) because the appellant committed a third-degree felony while on community control sanctions.
